About This Project
We were flying blind. Our infrastructure ran across AWS, GCP, and a handful of bare-metal servers — and our monitoring was a patchwork of Grafana dashboards nobody maintained, email alerts everyone ignored, and an on-call rotation that was basically just whoever answered the phone. oDesk built us a unified cloud monitoring dashboard that ingests metrics from every environment, surfaces anomalies with confidence scoring, and routes alerts to the right team with context attached. Our mean time to detect dropped from 34 minutes to under 4. Our on-call team stopped getting 3 a.m. pages for things that resolved themselves. I can finally see the health of our entire infrastructure from one screen without a PhD in Grafana.
